In the case of faulty or damaged goods you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products. Notification must be made by email prior to return, must reference the order number and must contain photographs of the damage to the product.
When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. D&S Genuine Parts cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Goods should be checked upon receipt for damage or faults. If items are missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours.
A refund will be given if the items are found to be faulty.
